East Riddlesden Hall Summer Wedding - Emma and Mark

East Riddlesden Hall Wedding Photography

This was such an amazing wedding to be a part of. Firstly, it was held at one of my favourite wedding venues, East Riddlesden Hall and secondly… Emma and Mark are awesome! We had a really fun engagement photo shoot on Haworth Moor(which you can see here) so I knew the fun was going to be triple that on their wedding day at East Riddlesden Hall.

The morning started in Carleton near Skipton with the bridal party. It was a really calm lovely morning. The excitement built when the horse drawn carriage arrived to collect the bridesmaids and flowers girls. Emma loves horses and used to ride, it was important to have them as part of the day. KRM horse drawn carriage services decorated the carriage so beautifully and the horses looked immaculate. Meanwhile my trusted wing woman -Joanne was at Carleton church photographing the groom’s party and a slightly emotional Mark. As Emma and her father arrived at church, nerves and excited bubbled. Their wedding ceremony was very sweet and emotive. It sounds super cheesy, but you could genuinely feel the love. After the wedding ceremony Mark and Emma were whisked away for a peaceful carriage ride. Skipton high street has never seen anything so fabulous. They joint their weddings guests outside the beautifully decorated barn at East Riddlesden Hall. The rest of the day was just as perfect. It was packed with endless buggy rides to the toilet and back without stopping (the kids loved that buggy) the bubbles were flowing and the sun was shining on the stunning gardens whilst we slipped away for a quiet moment for wedding photos in the walled garden of East Riddlesden Hall.

I’ve found it impossible to pick my favourites, but I hope the following highlights give a sense of the humorous and loving day Emma and Mark spent with their family and friends.

If you are looking for a Skipton wedding photographer or getting married at East Riddlesden Hall, I would love to here from you.
