Sally and James got married in Driffield with their wedding celebrations following at the picturesque wedding venue Oaklands in East Yorkshire. It was the most amazing day. Not only because Oaklands is an incredible venue for a wedding, but more due to Sally and James and their amazing guests. My face actually hurt from smiling and laughing ALL day long.

Wedding Abroad, Lake Garda - Lynsey and David
et's rewind to last year when I left the chilly wind of the UK behind and flew out to the glistening water of Lake Garda in Italy. Before you go getting too jealous, this was for work. Purely for Lynsey and David's wedding abroad. Oh okay, okay, who am I kidding!

Andy and Shelly broke tradition by arriving together and adding flare, playing Elvis Presley 'Burning Love' as Shelly walked down the aisle. This is why I love wedding's so much. Each one is unique, each one is special and there's nothing better than documenting the story of two loving souls.

Lisa and John's story reminds me of a romantic movie, or novel, something of a fairy tale. They were childhood sweethearts and Lisa even knew at the age of 11, that she wanted to marry John. It was just meant to be. Fairy tales can come true.

Now Christmas is arriving, I'm realising how much I haven't shared from this year. So here's Rachel and Kevin's wedding that took place local to me, which actually make's a change. Here are my favourite bits from their Ilklely wedding.
The day started at Rachel's house for bridal preparation.
These bespoke converse are pretty awesome right? From Diamond soles. And I love the plaque, guess who's carried this down the aisle?
The beautiful flowers were from bouquets bingley
Rachel's perfectly suited wedding dress was from pronovias - confetti and lace pudsey
The rain came as Rachel made her way to St Stephen's church in Skipton. Luckily the groomsmen were on hand with umbrellas.
After the ceremony the rain began to clear, so we headed to Ilkley Moor for a few photos. I love these moors. If you haven't been, it is definitely worth a visit.
The reception took place at Craiglands Hotel, a Victorian hotel tucked away just a short walk from Ilkley.
Cake by sugar on top
This bridal and groom's party were a lot of fun as we took advantage of the sun that suddenly appeared just before speeches.
Rachel and Kevin's little one's ranked even higher on the cute scale when they presented their mum and dad with gifts. So sweet!
Rachel and Kevin thank you for having me along for you special day. It was a blast!

The forecast for Chris and Steve's wedding day was one of the worst I'd seen for a summer wedding. BUT the weather man couldn't have been more wrong. The constant downpour was no where to be seen, and as I pulled up to St Mary's church in Carleton, Skipton, I knew it was going to be a good day.

I had a working holiday in Rome. I spent my time travelling along with the crowds to look up at the imposing buildings and religious status that tower down on passers-by below. I marvelled at the ancient ruins while street sellers tried pushing selfie sticks in my hand. While I enjoyed parts of the city, I'm not sure it compares to Dom and Ali's wedding day.
